This diet may appear like the perfect diet that consists of a 3 part program with low calorie menus, exercise and behavior training. For some it does work. What you should know up front is their packaged food is quite expensive. Some aren't thrilled with the taste of their meals. Kirstie Alley is their current "celebrity client" and she has lost an impressive 75 pounds on the program.
