Authentic, Certified Proactol Testimonial

Here's Peter just 5 months before he started taking his Proactol. Peter might be smiling for the camera, but inside he was sad because he was riddled with worry about being overweight and worried about weight related diseases like diabetes and cancer. Belly fat around your waist is the worst type or kind of fat to have based on the number of diseases it can trigger. Just ask any doctor and they will tell you, it's better to lose the weight around your waistline then anywhere else on your body.

Here you see Peter just 5 months being on Proactol. You can just see the weight difference in his face alone. He has lost 106 pounds, yes that's correct. He admits he was too busy to exercise or change his eating habits or portion sizes for that matter. This product is the real deal. This is a certified testimonial investigated for authenticity. People today, and I am one of them are skeptics about something working the way they say it should work, but I'm here to document this case and any others that find their way to this site. I take this very seriously and I want you to be rest assured that this Proactol weight loss pill has passed all 8 clinical trials for safety and effectiveness to back up it's mighty claims of binding close to 30% of your daily fat. Many consumers have been telling me they are purchasing 4 or more months supply after seeing what happened to Peter here.

Send us your before and after pictures and story and I will document it here for the millions of visitors that see this site. To learn more about Peter's testimonial go here.

Starches Increase Diabetes Risk Factor In Chinese And Black Women

Many foods containing starches, like breads and pastas raise the likelihood of diabetes for both Chinese and Black women, but by including some whole grain foods may reverse the risk, researchers reported on Monday. One study had more than 40,000 U.S. black women who filled out regular questionnaires every two years starting in 1995 and over 8 years, 1,938 of the women developed type 2 diabetes. The women who ate the most foods with a high glycemic index had a larger risk of coming down with diabetes.

A second study group of 64,000 Chinese women for an average of five years, interviewing them regularly about their diets and food they eat.

During this research, 1,608 of the women came down with diabetes. Women who consumed more carbs such as rice were more likely to develop diabetes.

Women who ate the most carbs had a 28 percent larger risk of diabetes than the women who consumed the least -- and those who ate the most pasta, bread, rice and noodles in their diet were 78 percent more likely to develop diabetes than those who ate the fewest carbohydrates.
