Is The Master Cleanse Diet Right For You?

The Master Cleanse detoxification diet, also identified as the Lemonade Diet was produced by Stanley Burroughs in 1941 and made fashionable by Peter Glickman in his book Lose Weight, Have More Energy and Be Happier in 10 Days, which promotes Burroughs' course of therapy to a fresh listeners.

Even though the recipe varies from resource to resource the ingredients are commonly the same. The Master Cleanse involves intake of no solid food. As a substitute, you knock back a mixture of lemon juice, maple syrup, water and Cayenne pepper.
