The next diet craze might just be called the apple diet. Why you ask?

A new study shows an apple a day keeps you from eating more fat calories. People who ate an apple around 15 minutes before lunch consumed almost 190 fewer calories than when they didn't have the apple. That's 1,330 fewer calories every week and that eventually adds up!
