Well folks the big question is Diet Pepsi a  real safe replacement for regular beverages? Will it help you take pounds off or, at least, is it a good choice when it comes to cutting calories? Therefore, replacing healthy meals with Diet Pepsi or any cola for that matter is not a smart idea. Even if caffeinated beverages are a great help when dieting, you should never miss meals and - as you already know by now - you should plan for a balanced, healthy diet. If you want long term success in weight loss then exercise every day at least thirty minutes and eat healthy and take a fat binder to knock out 27% of your fat intake.
